The Lagree Method shares origins with Pilates but was designed specifically to produce visible strength and tone rather than rehabilitation or flexibility outcomes. The Megaformer machine includes a back platform that reformers do not have, which enables deeper exercise variety and engagement.

Full Body Burn 45
Full Body Burn 45 is the signature BST class. Every major muscle group is targeted through sequenced resistance movements that build strength and torch calories simultaneously.
Abs & Ass 45
Abs & Ass 45 focuses on core, glute and legs sequences to accelerate visible muscle definition. Movements target the full abdominal wall and glutes through varied angles, resistance and time under tension.
Abs & Arms 45
Abs & Arms 45 combines upper-body resistance with core work to build arm, shoulder, and abdominal strength through pressing, pulling, and rotational movements. These classes promote strengthening and toning muscles, as opposed to gym or free weight lifting sessions that build & bulk muscles.

Full Body Pro 50
Full Body Pro 50 extends to 50 minutes with heavier resistance, advanced movements, and complex transitions—designed for those ready to progress beyond the foundational format and want a higher intensity, full body class that leaves your burning calories for up to 48 hours after class.
Your First Lagree Class: What Happens and How to Prepare
Everything you need to know before your first class, from Megaformer setup to what the workout will feel like.
Arrive 15 Minutes Early for Machine Orientation
First-time participants should arrive 10 minutes before class start for a brief Megaformer orientation. The instructor will walk you through the machine setup, spring adjustments, and basic movement mechanics.
To allow time to get checked in, sign the waiver, get changed, fill your water bottle under our filtered tap and get a machine orientation. Machine rundowns begin 5 minutes before class. So if you’re late, you’ll miss it!
Instructors Modify Every Movement for Your Level
Lagree instructors give hands-on corrections, spring adjustments, and real-time cues throughout the session. If a movement feels too challenging or if you have a joint sensitivity, the instructor will offer modifications to the exercise over mic or on the spot.
Spring resistance & body positioning on the machine scales the intensity to match your current strength level. Beginners and advanced participants train in the same class with multiple spring and body placement options to vary intensity
Expect Muscle Fatigue You Haven't Felt Before
Slow, controlled movements under continuous tension produce deep muscle exhaustion. Most participants experience muscle shaking and fatigue during their first class, this is normal and expected and is what leads to the results you’re looking for.
The intensity comes from time under tension rather than speed or impact. You will work harder than you expect, but the format is joint-friendly and does not rely on plyometric movements.
Wear Fitted Activewear and Bring Water
Fitted clothing allows instructors to see your alignment and provide corrections. Loose or baggy activewear can make form adjustments harder to assess.
Bring a water bottle. We have a filtered water tap with water options: room temperature, cold, and cold sparkling water. Grip socks are required. Going bear foot is NOT ALLOWED. We sell them at the front desk, if you’d like high quality Blood, Sweat & Tears socks. Otherwise, please bring your own.
Results Start Showing Within Weeks, Not Months
Improved control and range of motion develop within 2 to 3 sessions. Visible tone and endurance gains typically appear over 4 to 6 weeks with consistent attendance of 3 to 4 classes per week.
The combination of spring resistance and slow eccentric loading produces faster visible results than most class formats. Many participants notice changes in posture and muscle definition before they see changes on the scale.
