* Grip socks are mandatory and sold in studio.

* No late arrivals. If you are not in checked in prior to class it will result in a no show fee.

* No show will result in a £17 charge and loss of class.

* Late cancel will result in a £13 charge and loss of class.

* 12 hour cancellation policy.

* No pets allowed.

* No children allowed unattended. No children under 16 allowed in fitness area.

* No one under 16 is permitted to book a class. 

* New clients must arrive 15mins prior to class for introduction and safety.

* If you are pregnant or you have injuries please let your instructor know before class.

* 15 minute grace period to cancel free of charge after class booking.

* Do not use phone during class.

* Filming is okay if you are the only person in frame.

* Waitlist policy is first come first serve. If a spot becomes available up to 1 hour prior to class start, an email to book class will be sent if you are on the waitlist

* Please respect our policies as they are for your safety, success and the commitment to yourself and others. There will be no waived late cancellation fee or no show fee, no exceptions. Please do not ask, as if we waive the policy for one there isn’t a policy at all.
