Certification Roadmap: Level 1 to Level 3

Level 2 is for those looking to learn advanced variations and cueing to begin perfecting the method.
Level 3 is the Master Trainer certification for those hand selected by Sebastien Lagree.

    • What to Expect During Certification

In the course you’ll learn about the history, the science, the method, the moves and how to build routines that work. You will also get practice teaching by leading mock classes ending with a full instructor’s assessment.

    • Time commitment and prerequisites

We require that everyone joining us for certification has taken a minimum of 10 classes. The course is a 4 day intensive that will give you access to Lagree Academy so you can continue your learning post certification.
