* Grip socks are mandatory (we sell in studio)

* 12 hour cancellation policy 

* Late cancel result in a £15 pound charge 

* A no show will result in a £19 pound charge

* No pets allowed 

* No children allowed unattended

* No one under 16 is permitted to book a class 

* No late arrivals. If you are not in checked in prior to class it will result in a no show fee

* New clients must arrive 15mins prior to class for introduction and safety.

* If pregnant or injured please let your trainer know before class

* 15 minute grace period to cancel free of charge after class booking.

* Do not use phone during class

* Filming is okay if you are the only person in frame

* Waitlist policy is first come first serve. If a spot becomes available up to 1 hour prior to class start, an email to book class will be sent if you are on the waitlist

* Please respect our policy’s as they are for your safety, success and commitment to yourself. There will be no waived late cancellation fee or no show fee, no exceptions. Please do not ask, as if we wave the policy for one there isn’t a policy at all.
