Studio Policies
* Grip socks are mandatory and sold in studio.
* No late arrivals. If you are not in checked in prior to class it will result in a no show fee.
* No show will result in a £17 charge and loss of class.
* Late cancel will result in a £13 charge and loss of class.
* 12 hour cancellation policy. Refunds are available for unused packages, no partial refunds will be given.
* No pets allowed.
* No children allowed unattended. No children under 16 allowed in fitness area.
* No one under 16 is permitted to book a class.
* New clients must arrive 15mins prior to class for introduction and safety.
* If you are pregnant or you have injuries please let your instructor know before class.
* 15 minute grace period to cancel free of charge after class booking.
* Do not use phone during class.
* Filming is not permitted without written consent. Our client’s privacy is of utmost importance.
* Waitlist policy is first come first serve. If a spot becomes available up to 1 hour prior to class start, an email to book class will be sent if you are on the waitlist
* Please respect our policies as they are for your safety, success and the commitment to yourself and others. There will be no waived late cancellation fee or no show fee, no exceptions. Please do not ask, as if we waive the policy for one there isn’t a policy at all.

Payment, Cancellations & Refunds
- Payment Terms: Payment in full or payment plan is due upon registration to secure a spot in the certification course.
- Non-Refundable Commitment Fee: Each booking includes a non-refundable commitment fee of £795. This fee represents a genuine pre-estimate of the business’s actual, non-recoverable costs incurred immediately upon booking, including specialist international instructor fees and the displacement of regular business revenue.
- 60-Day Cancellation Window: Due to high fixed overheads and strictly limited capacity, any cancellation made within 60 days of the event start date is 100% non-refundable.
- Leisure Activity Exemption: This certification is a fixed-date training and leisure activity. In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, there is no statutory 14-day cooling-off period or right to a refund once the booking is confirmed.
- Mitigation & Deferment: In the event of a cancellation, the spot will be released for resale. A credit note for a future training date will only be considered if the event reaches maximum capacity at the time of commencement.
- Serious Illness/Injury: Requests for deferment due to serious illness or injury must be supported by medical evidence. Any such deferment is granted solely at the discretion of BST FITNESS LTD and is not guaranteed. No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
