Michael Chipman is the only Lagree Senior Master Trainer in Europe, trained by Sebastien Lagree himself. A former University of Southern California professor and published author, he hosts the Do You Lagree? podcast, now in its second season, and leads education at Blood, Sweat & Tears. A comprehensive Lagree certification, taught by the only Senior Master Trainer who has also been a university professor.

Yes. This is the Official Lagree Level 1 Certification, taught by Michael Chipman, the only Senior Master Trainer in Europe and one of seven in the world. Your certificate is issued by Lagree headquarters and recognised at 2,000+ Official Lagree Studios worldwide.
48 hours of learning over four days in the studio. You cover the history of Lagree and how the Method came to be, the evolution of the Megaformer, the science behind the Method and every Level 1 exercise. Every day includes mock classes, one-to-one practice teaching and feedback from Michael and the BST team, plus observation hours and real Lagree classes.
No. There are no prerequisites. We do recommend taking at least 10 Lagree classes before the Programme starts, so the Method is already in your body when you arrive.
Mock classes throughout the Programme, then a final assessment where you lead a full class using the routine you learned to write.
